GIRL SCOUT OVERNIGHT CAMPING!!

Thursday night Macee and I went on an overnight
camping trip with the girl scouts at Springmill State
Park. When we were on our way there we passed
a tempature sign that said 103 degrees, this was
at 6 p.m on thursday. I was thinking at this point...
WHAT HAVE I DONE. Even though it was really
hot we had a great time.

Macee enjoy some play time by swinging.

First on the list was to make our supper.
We made foil packs. You just put a bunch of
veggies and precooked meat, we had chicken,
in a foil pack that is sprayed with Pam
and fold it up and cook over the fire.
Pretty good.

Next we made a "situpon" you cover a pad with
waterproof material and stitch it together. Then
when you go to a game or outdoor event you
have something to sit upon.

Thirdly we made a edible fire. Marshmellows,

potato sticks, candy corn, pretzel sticks, pretzel

rods. You'd have to have been there to understand

this.

Macee, Jillian, and Meredith learning

fire safety.

If you are on fire... you STOP, DROP, AND ROLL.

Sitting around the camp fire listening to some songs. When it's all said and done, everyone goes to sleep.

If you notice the dates on the pics, this has changed

from the 6/12 to 6/13. Does that tell you

what time we went to sleep.

Overall we had a great time.
